The following was sent to Mr. Cantor May 22, 2011. As you can tell, we're still trying to be nice. Remember this was during the middle of one of those epic, and the first for the newly Republican-run House of Representatives. Tried to convey the following: Talk is fine. But talk is also chea...
  •   A bad thing to talk about for Memorial Day.   This cozy little story started about tax day if we are remembering correctly. The Tsarnaev fellas made a really really bad decision and quite a few of us got hurt, even killed.   Nearly a month goes flying by. The press, and dare i ...

I remember one of my last attempts to reason with the progressive liberal friends I grew up with. Before I made a conscious decision to extricate myself from the sordid swamp of facebook babble, I was designated as an Islamaphobe/bigot for protesting a mosque at Ground Zero by Cathy V. who described...

"The New Colossus" Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame, With conquering limbs astride from land to land; Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name Mother of Exiles. The supreme function of statesmanship is to provide against preventable evils. In seeking to do so, it encounters obstacles which are deeply rooted in human nature. One is that by the very order of things such evils are not demonstrable until they have occurred: at each stage in their onset...

Second to None: An Evolution on our Right to Bear Arms I signed the waiver. My name in ink meant no turning back. I walked into foreign territory with my goggles and protective ear gear and, amid the loud blasts and shells flying at my feet, I was ready to get my hands on a trigger. Firing a gun f...

WHAT LIE'S

  • WHAT LIE’S…....The Media would like you to believe that this Country is under a Severe Drought. Nothing could be Further from the Truth. "It's Frickin Summer Folks"...

Oh Yeah...Some areas in the Midwest and Deep South might be. But those are Isolated Pockets. The Reason I bring this up, is the Fact it's all a Sham...Example... The Media wants all of us to believe that the Corn Crops here in America, are All Withering Away. REALLY!!!

"CORN".... Corn is Not a Plant that can be Dry Land Farmed like Wheat, Oats, Barley or Lentils. Corn is an Irrigated Crop Only. It can only Grow and Produce a Crop by Irrigation. Just Like Melons, Almonds, Olives, Cherries, Oranges, Grapefruit and Apples. If you’re a Farmer you know these things. However....For Most of America, they don't know the Truth being their So Disconnected from How Products get from Farm to Market. They can be easily deceived and Miss-Led by the Liberal Media, to create enough Media Hype that those that don't know the Truth will fully believe these Lies. Therefore, Conforming to the Global Warming Sham & Scam. By doing so. Most Americans will accept the Higher Cost of all Goods, not Really Knowing the Full Truth that there being deceived and Miss-Led from the Real Truth and Fact of the Matter. Which is that our Economy here in America is just about Ready to Collapse. And, if you are Like Most Americans. You will believe these Liberal Lies, by accepting and Blaming all our Economic Concerns Not on Obama or the Federal Reserve. Instead, those that are so Disconnected will believe it’s all do to our Ever Changing Weather and Global Warming. Thus, as a Result, Obama will be Re-Elected and Our Country will Wither Away Faster than The Crops so Portrayed by the Liberal Media Today. Go to the USGS Web-Site for all the Statistics and Facts.

Just remember One thing...The Liberal Media will use any Tactic and Diversion of the Real Truth. Trying to keep us all Blind of what is really at Stake. Either way, we're ALL Being “SCREWED" in America…… Ok That Enough of my Airing out. Just Had to Say….

Glen Davis Are you speaking of http://ga.water.usgs.gov/edu/ircroppies.html? That only applies to Georgia. But your point is well taken. Here in Williams I can tell you that we are experiencing a drought, but it is cyclical. The last few days the sky has finally ope...  more

Glen Davis btw, farming in Arizona is mostly irrigation. But that is because Arizona is dry naturally.

Vincent Ross Irony. Cleaner air equals less rain. Rain requires two things... water vapor, and pollutants in the form of dust or other particles for the water vapor to precipitate around. If one looks over the long term history, globally, you will find that the cle...  more

Vincent Ross Well, Eric, I would suggest you look at long term trends and compare charts of air pollutants to precipitation levels... a link is pretty obvious. Now I am not going to claim that airborne pollutants are a good thing in themselves, but they do have an ef...  more

Dean Schwab Eric and Vincent...You're Both Right, more so Eric than Vincent. But to Prove my point. Seattle gets on average 36" inche's of Rain a Year. That in it's self can not support a productive crop of Corn. Because Corn Plants primairly have surface roots....  more
