  • This 1921 essay/obituary of Mary White, written by her father, was required reading when I was in school.  It wasn't only for the grammar and writing style, but for the topic as well.  It was a unique look at the life of a young girl so many years ago.  I'm glad I had the chance to re...

“Government is ‘too vast’ for Obama to know about wrong-doing.”- David Axelrod There was a time when getting one’s hand caught in the cookie jar was indeed a bad situation leading to a bad consequence for the offending hand(s)? Interestingly, it was a lesson ...

For the past five years we have suffered the broken heart of separation in this country. Friends from friends, neighbors from neighbors…our sons and daughters, husbands and wives…separated from each other by walls of growing distrust and disharmony that appeared out of nowhere. It is ...
  • So a Rabbi, a Mad Mom and a Deacon walk into a radio show… Rabbi Joseph Potasnik and Deacon Kevin McCormack host a Sunday morning talk show on WABC called Religion on the Line. I happened to tune in on my way to Jean Claude’s to pick up fresh ingredients for the Mother’s Day...

Message 1: from General James Mattis, on the matter of professional reading, 20 November 2003 ….The problem with being too busy to read is that you learn by experience (or by your men’s experience), i.e. the hard way. By reading, you learn through others’ experiences, general...

  • I have come to the realization that being a FOOL in today’s world is not as easy as it once was. Being a FOOL in today’s world is something that one needs to really work at to be successful! Take Benghazi for instance. Not so many years ago, a certain President was forced from office fo...

The truth is....(Benghazi)

  • The truth is Obama and his lap dog H. Clinton  lied. Instead of acting like a strong nation they apologized to the Terrorist that killed the  ambassador and three others including two navy seals. The truth is Obama and his lap dogs were using a filmmaker as a scapegoat for his failed policies in the middle east. The truth is Obama’s campaign and politics is above all else.
The truth is the white house was told more security was needed because of 9/11 and help never arrived. WHY? Obama and his Lap dogs knew right away it was a terrorist attack and tried to cover it up. Again, WHY? Is it because Obama’s Campaign and politics trumps human life?
What was the motive for the attack on Benghazi in the first place? Was it because it was an easy target? Or was the terrorists trying to stop two navy seals that were there were trying to find Thousands of shoulder fired surface to air missiles that were lost because Obama decided that Qaddafi should be overthrown.
In my mind there is a lot of unanswered questions by the Republicans Congressional hearings that would never have been held at all but for a Republican Congress.

After all of this, It’s amazing to me, why any American could stand up and say, “I’m voting for Obama because he gave me a phone and he will give me more.

Jeannie Ash As someone said, we were the last foreign consulate there. One does wonder if Lara Logan's loud protest that this administration has been lying to all of (them, not us) might have been about to have been made by Stevens.
