That would amount to only 63,597,600 in total since the great ringmaster passed away in 1891! Judging by the present occupant of the White House in a nation of over 300 million people, I’d say he grossly underestimated…wouldn’t you?
In fact, Barnum’s quote set the stage quite nicely for a more modern-day ringmaster by the name of Rahm Emanuel, “You never want a serious crisis to go to waste.” The world has never been more endangered than it is this very moment because of the underestimated reality of Barnum’s quote compounded by the opportunistic evil of the Central Planner inherent in the chilling words of Emanuel!
Suckers and Central Planners…talk about fish in a barrel. So perfect together! Thirty some odd years after the Gipper warned us about government that’s “here to help”, we find ourselves blessed by the most helpful government in a long and sordid line of helpful governments! How lucky are we? Because, we seem to have hit this patch of crises haven’t we!! Or, is it really more like the crises forest we can’t see for the cell phone towers? I digress…
It has by now dawned on most Americans that the 44th occupant of the White House isn’t merely the worst American President in history…he’s an extremely dangerous and most heavily armed trespasser! Nine Black Robes are about to tell the world that the trespasser’s crowning achievement and reason we have no jobs…turns out to be the greatest legislative failure in American History. But how does a Constitutional Scholar bake an Unconstitutional Cake you ask? S-U-C-K-E-R-S!!
So you’d think that after a while we’d start to notice what we used to call red flags. The problem is that the very guys that are “here to help” have so mastered the art of the bread & circus distractions…that we’re just too preoccupied to notice the other hand. Because when you begin to pay attention to the other hand, you will find it attached to the Commander of the Fire Brigade…who also happens to be the #1 Arsonist!
And it gets better. Do you remember the old saying, “The Grass is always greener.”? Well in Suckerville EVERYTHING is GREENER!! That’s because GREEN is to the opportunistic Central Planning Fire Brigade, the ultimate cavity plague to a dentist…except I don’t know many candy-pushing dentists. So they have inserted the need to be green, go green, get green into every orifice of our crisis-plagued lives…to save the planet…or else…today…now! They tried to bake us yet another Unconstitutional Cap & Trade Cake to make us green, but couldn’t get Congress to eat it. So the Heavily Armed Trespasser gave it to the EPA to force-feed us directly!! Yum!
Do you know how to tell when the jig is up? When you begin to feel sorry for the bad guys! I mean Paul Krugman and Al Gore might as well be dressed in three-piece baloney suits in the sweltering light of day! But as far as I’m concerned, nothing could be more damaging to their field of green dreams than the verbal carbon emissions of one James Lovelock…“The Gaia God Father”!
