  • This 1921 essay/obituary of Mary White, written by her father, was required reading when I was in school.  It wasn't only for the grammar and writing style, but for the topic as well.  It was a unique look at the life of a young girl so many years ago.  I'm glad I had the chance to re...

For the past five years we have suffered the broken heart of separation in this country. Friends from friends, neighbors from neighbors…our sons and daughters, husbands and wives…separated from each other by walls of growing distrust and disharmony that appeared out of nowhere. It is ...

Message 1: from General James Mattis, on the matter of professional reading, 20 November 2003 ….The problem with being too busy to read is that you learn by experience (or by your men’s experience), i.e. the hard way. By reading, you learn through others’ experiences, general...

To late for most

  • Well we blew it my friends. Time to pay attention. You have about six months to a year to change your investments. We the people are going to see what we have done. The great depression will look like child's play. The dollar will fall. The stock market will fall to around fifty percent. Gold will sore. If its not time to do your homework it will never be. There is a way to survive the fall of the dollar. There is no way that our country will not see this fall. If you are worried about what to do, there is a way out. Gold is a good investment, a stock that goes up when the dollar goes down, and a stock that goes up when the stock market goes down. These three things will help you get through what is coming. Again the time is short so don't waste time. This is the biggest thing our country will see. I hope all of you will be ready. Pops
