The problem remains that no one has been able to get a court to rule on the 'merits'. They are truly afraid or complicit.. no other explanation is plausible. At least one judge has in fact said so, IE. there will be rioting in the streets. Congress is in the same boat, also being afraid and/or complicit. They in fact know what an NBC is because they said so when they vetted McCain [after the fact as he was nominated by the RNC]. This was done by the Senate Judicial Committee, saying as a matter of record, that it takes being born of two citizen parents. Thus, it is very likely that every congressman is aware of this ruling and if you get a letter from a congressman saying Obama is eligible then they are stupid, obfuscating or just plain lying to you. The media, if the Canadian Free Press is not lying, says they have hard evidence that the media was threatened to keep their mouths shut about the eligibility issue. Of course some of them are also complicit and don't care about the constitution anymore than congress. Hey man, they had to have an election and that takes two candidates. They all screwed up by not vetting the candidates ahead of time and can not take the flack or responsibility for their actions. Now, they may have rioting in the streets in either case. My personal opinion is that it will take the military to straighten this out and they are waiting for we the people to show they are behind this, IE. popular support. The Supremes are in on it just like Congress... the military is the only option I believe. Knowing all this I do not have much faith in an election being honest. If Obama has any feeling that he can not steal the election, then the Martial Law thing is his last hope. Oh, we're going to play this out for a little longer but soon it all has to hit the fan. Just look at the Veterans letter regarding the Nov. 11 march and you might catch the drift that some have just about had enough of this ruse. P.S. You think there are rules to go by. So, just because a majority of Americans believe such a thing to be true makes it so? Really? What about 911 trutherism? One could argue that a majority of Americans believe their government killed 3,000 of its own citizens on 9-11-01. So, we should just accept it, even though it contravenes all logic, just because a majority of Americans believe it is so? Such logic is truly lame and lazy--but comfortable for people who do not wish to address the eligibility of our current pRresident. less
