The Sovereign Individual Declaration of Independence

 

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for a Sovereign Individual to dissolve

 

the political bands which have connected the Sovereign Individual to another, and to assume among the

 

powers of the earth, Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of

 

Individuals requires they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

 

I hold these truths to be self-evident, that all Individuals are created equal, That they are endowed

 

by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights. that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of

 

Happiness. That to secure these Rights, Governments are instituted among Sovereign Individuals

 

deriving their just and limited powers from the consent of the Sovereign Individuals governed. That

 

whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right and even the

 

Duty of the Sovereign Individuals to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying it's

 

foundation on such principles and organizing it's powers in such form, as to the Sovereign Individual

 

shall seem most likely to affect the Sovereign Individual's Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed will

 

dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and

 

accordingly all experience has shown, that Individuals are more disposed to suffer, while evils are

 

suffer-able, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a

 

long train of abuses and usurpation's, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce

 

the Sovereign Individual under absolute Despotism, Oligarchy, Tyranny or any other form of forced

 

compliance to a ruling class, it is the Right and the Duty of the Sovereign Individual to throw off such

 

Government and to provide new Guards for the Sovereign Individuals security. Such has been the

 

patient sufferance of this Sovereign Individual of These United States; and such is now the necessity

 

which compels this Sovereign Individual to alter this current Form of Government. The history of the

 

Government of These United States ( hereafter referred to as they) is a history of repeated injuries and

 

usurpation's, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Totalitarian and Tyrannical

 

rule over the Sovereign Individuals who make up These United States. To prove this, let Facts be

 

submitted to a candid world.

 

They have subverted and perverted the document that established the Form of Government chosen

 

by the Sovereign Individuals who founded "These United States of America", The "Constitution for

 

These United States", that established our Form of Government as a Representative Republic, by

 

deeming the written words to be interpretable and changeable by whomever the elected Governing

 

body is at the time. Ignoring the Fact that there is a process written into The Constitution to be followed

 

if changes are to be desired.

 

They have ignored the restrictions placed upon their powers by The Constitution by forming

 

Governmental Agencies that are not answerable to the Sovereign Individuals through the power of the

 

ballot. They have allowed these Agencies to force regulations and penalties upon the Sovereign

 

Individuals and a Free-Market system of economics, forcing businesses to flee this country and

 

creating a large unemployment problem here.

 

They created an Agency known as the Internal Revenue Service, that they have stated is

 

responsible for collecting a "voluntary" tax, known as the income tax, yet if a Sovereign Individual

 

does not "volunteer" to pay this tax, the Sovereign Individual is subjected to extortion methods,

 

penalties, jail and even the confiscation of private property. This Agency has also turned Sovereign

 

Individuals, who operate businesses into tax collectors, taking from the Sovereign Individuals who

 

trade their labor for compensation from them. Again, if the Sovereign Individuals who operate

 

businesses do not "voluntarily" collect this "voluntary" tax, the Sovereign Individual is subjected to

 

extortion methods, penalties, jail and the confiscation of private property.

 

They took away a sound money system when they implemented a Federal Reserve system with

 

the Federal Reserve Act, which has through the years turned our money into near worthless

 

currency. When our gold backed currency we had would still be able to be traded for the same amount

 

of anything today that it would have been able to be traded for the day they created the Federal Reserve

 

system.

 

They perverted the separation of powers as outlined in The Constitution by creating the War

 

Powers Act, which allows the sitting President to send our greatest resource, our young Individuals

 

into Life- Threatening situations without a declaration of war as prescribed by The Constitution. They

 

have taken the Defenders of These United States, the armed forces, and turned them into an offensive

 

force which they use at will throughout the world as they see fit, regardless of the consequences.

 

They have further perverted the processes stated in The Constitution by allowing Presidential

 

signing statements, which has allowed them to pass unconstitutional bills into law , allowing the

 

President to put statements on the parts of bills he finds unconstitutional, but still passing the bill as it

 

was lumped together, instead of it being vetoed for unconstitutional parts and sent back to congress.

 

They have used the regulatory and taxation agencies for their own personal profits with mandates

 

that businesses purchase certain items needed to comply with the regulations.

 

They have used licensing and regulatory agencies to turn Sovereign Individuals businesses into

 

pay-to-play businesses.

 

They have perverted the Morals and Principles of a once great nation by controlling the way that

 

our children and grandchildren are educated, and by rewarding bad work ethics, while at the same

 

time punishing good work ethics.

 

They have replaced Common or Natural Law with Statutory Law, Case Law and uniform codes

 

whose main purpose is to extort more of the Sovereign Individuals private property for the

 

Governments use.

 

In short they are taking the private property of the Sovereign Individuals, to fund the destruction

 

of the Sovereign Individuals Natural Rights and Liberty.

 

In every stage of these Oppressions the Sovereign Individuals have Petitioned for Redress in the

 

most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A

 

Government whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyranny, is unfit to be

 

leaders of free Sovereign Individuals.

 

Nor have I been wanting in attentions to my State and local governments, I have warned them

 

from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarranted jurisdiction over the

 

Sovereign Individuals. I have reminded them of The Constitutions of the State and These United

 

States. I have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and have called upon them by the ties

 

of our common kindred to disavow these usurpation's, which would inevitably lead to our enslavement.

 

They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and Liberty. I must, therefore, declare the necessity,

 

which denounces our Separation, and hold them as I hold the rest of humankind, Enemies in War, in

 

Peace Friends.

 

I, therefore, a Sovereign Individual of These United States of America, appealing to the Supreme

 

Judge of the world for the moral integrity and correctness of my intentions, do, in the Name of Liberty

 

and Justice, solemnly publish and declare, That this Sovereign Individual is, and of Right ought to be a

 

Free and Independent Individual; that I am absolved from all compliance to the Federal Government of

 

These United States, until the time that they return to the written word of The Constitution of These

 

United States, as written not interpreted, all political connection between I and the Federal

 

Government of These United States, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and as a Free and Sovereign

 

Individual; I have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and

 

do all other Acts and Things which Sovereign Individuals may of right do. And for the support of this

 

Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, I pledge my Life, my Fortune,

 

and my sacred Honor.

 

So as a Sovereign Individual or Self-Governing Individual, I am a Government of One. One of

 

hundreds of millions of Governments of One of These United States.

 

I have studied, researched, and observed the representatives elected to our Governing bodies. I

 

have read and understand the Constitution of The United States, from the point of view one of “ WE

 

THE PEOPLE “ and have come to the conclusion, that for many years now, the elected representatives

 

have proven, time after time, that they are not inclined to follow the guidelines of the Constitution, nor

 

show the self-restraint of a self-governing people. So after many years of patience, and generations

 

calling for a redress of grievances, it has reached the point where the Sovereign Individual must use

 

their power as the last check on the elected Government in order to stop the usurpation of the

 

Constitution of The United States, and again establish ourselves as Free and Independent Individuals, I

 

hereby declare my Rights and Powers as a Sovereign Individual and a Government of One.

 

My Body is my Governing Body, it is the equality in which we are all created. No Local, County,

 

State or Federal Government, nor departments thereof, may overrule my decisions of how to nourish,

 

clothe, shelter, protect or preserve my Body. No Local, County, State or Federal Government, nor

 

departments thereof, may overrule my decisions on what or who will diagnose, treat, cure or prevent

 

any illness, disease or injury that may afflict my Body.

 

My Knowledge and Wisdom however acquired are the Legislative branch of my Government.

 

My Morals, Principles and Conscience are the Judicial branch of my Government.

 

The Great Seal of my Government is my Signature, affixed by my own hand.

 

My Personal Property, including Real Estate or Land, or any other material goods, that I may

 

acquire, invent, author or discover, through fair and honorable means, are the property of my

 

Government of One, to be used as I see fit, so long as I cause no harm to another Sovereign Individual

 

by my actions. Any and all attempts by another Sovereign Individual, Local County, State or Federal

 

Government, or departments thereof, to confiscate, remove, destroy or restrict, my use of my property,

 

without just cause, shall be treated as an act of War.

 

Any wealth I may acquire, by any means, fairly and honorably, shall be considered the Treasury

 

of my Government of One, including work I may agree to perform for another Sovereign Individual,

 

which shall be considered contract labor, whether by verbal or written contract or by employment

 

application and acceptance, because all are morally binding contracts. Compensation for my labor will

 

be decided by myself and the other Sovereign Individual. Any interference or restriction of the fair

 

compensation agreed upon between the two of us involved by local, county, state or federal

 

Government, or department thereof, shall be considered theft and treated as an act of War.

 

If I choose to marry another Sovereign Individual , so far as any local, county, state, or federal

 

Government, or department thereof, shall acknowledge is the alliance and merging of two seperate

 

Governments of One. Not to be treated differently together than they were separately. If because of

 

this alliance we choose to have children, whether by natural birth or adoption, I reserve the Right and

 

the Power to raise them according to my morals and principles, nourish, clothe, shelter, discipline,

 

educate, preserve and protect them as I would myself.

 

As a Government of one, I reserve the Right to Worship the God of my choice, to gather with

 

others of my faith and beliefs, whenever, wherever, and however I or we prefer. Any restriction of this

 

Right by local, county, state or federal Government, or department there of shall be treated as a crime

 

against the Constitution and the first Amendment, and an act of War.

 

As a Sovereign Individual and a Government of One I reserve the Right and Power to arm myself

 

and those under my protection with whatever arms and weapons are needed for the preservation of my

 

personal Government in all ways necessary. To see to the proper training in the use of said arms and

 

any restriction of the Right by local, county, state or federal Government, or department thereof shall

 

be treated as a crime against the Constitution and the Second Amendment and an act of War.

 

There may be no hope for preserving a governing system, as set forth by the Constitution of The

 

United States without abolishing what elected representatives have turned it into, but I as a Sovereign

 

Individual believe it possible.

 

To restore the Constitutional Representative Republic as ratified in the year 1789 along with the

 

first ten Amendments, known as the “Bill of Rights” ratified in 1791, I, a Sovereign Individual and a

 

Government of One do propose the following steps to achieve the restoration.

 

Since the elected representatives show no desire to honor their oath's to “ preserve, protect and

 

defend the Constitution of The United States”. I along with the millions of other Sovereign Individuals

 

Must reclaim our Rights as Governments of One, and research and annul all unconstitutional acts, laws,

 

agencies, departments, etc, instituted by Governments past and present including federal, State, County

 

and Local Government.

 

Until such a time as this research and review can be done, by committees selected by the

 

Sovereign Individuals, all laws, regulations, agencies, departments etc. of Federal, State, County and

 

Local Governments, not dealing directly with the defense and preservation of the Sovereignty of the

 

Individual and the Right of Self- Government , shall be declared dissolved and inoperative. All monies

 

that have been appropriated for the operations and enforcement of said laws, regulations, agencies,

 

departments, etc. shall go directly toward paying off the debt accumulated by the Federal, State,

 

County, and Local Governments, and until the time that all these debts reach a zero balance all

 

compensation of elected representatives, at all levels of Government, shall be suspended along with all

 

benefits, such as medical and retirement. All staff of said representatives shall be declared unnecessary

 

and all monies and benefits, promised them by said representatives, shall go directly toward paying the

 

debt.

 

Until the time that the review of laws and regulations shall be completed all statutory law, codes,

 

case law implemented by said representatives, past and present, shall be declared irrelevant in deciding

 

criminal cases. Law shall revert to Natural Law, Common Law or Public Law and be equal toward all

 

Sovereign Individuals including those elected as representatives, or all elected officials at all levels of

 

Government.

 

All presidential decrees and / or proclamations ( past and present) shall be declared as having no

 

force, until such a Constitutional Review may be accomplished upon them.

 

All declared States of Emergency, declared by Presidents, Congresses, at all levels of Government are

 

declared no longer in force, with the exception of Local and State declarations where Sovereign

 

Individuals, within their area of representation, have their Life, Liberty, and personal property in

 

jeopardy by the forces of nature, or foreign or domestic invasion.

 

All direct theft of personal treasuries of Sovereign Individuals shall cease immediately, all monies

 

in the treasuries of the Local, county, State and Federal representative Governments shall be a

 

consumer based tax and once collected on each consumer item may not be collected on that item again.

 

All laws, regulations , agencies, departments, decrees and proclamations found to be

 

unconstitutional shall be brought into a court as a true crime against We the Sovereign Individuals, and

 

shall be prosecutable against any representative, alive or deceased, responsible for the presentation of

 

said law, regulation, agency, department, decree or proclamation up to and including treason to the

 

Constitution of The United States. This prosecution shall include all representatives who are found to

 

have supported same law, regulation, agency, department, decree or proclamation by their vote of yea.

 

If found guilty their punishment will be decided by the jurors delivering the verdict and may include

 

penalties, fines, seizure of gains ( including personal property ) acquired as a direct result of said law,

 

regulation, etc, and even incarceration. All penalties, fines, and seizures will go into the Treasury of the

 

Local, County, State, or Federal Government where the Constitutional infraction occurred and shall be

 

used to pay existing debt at that level of representation, if zero debt is found at that level it shall be

 

deemed surplus and used for the operation of representation at that level, as allowed by the Sovereign

 

Individuals within that district or area.

 

All penal systems, Local, County, State or Federal shall immediately adopt a rehabilitation style

 

structure, based on living as a Sovereign Individual, where anything needed or wanted shall be

 

acquired by the fruits of their own labor, not through the theft of Free Sovereign Individuals personal

 

Treasuries.

 

All entitlement programs shall cease at the State and Federal levels and be renamed helping

 

programs, relying on the Sovereign Individuals in the local areas generosity and willingness to aide the

 

Sovereign Individuals they encounter in their day to day lives.

 

All foreign aide promised by the representatives of the Sovereign Individuals shall cease and

 

monies shall be used to pay the outstanding debt that has been placed upon us by these representatives.

 

Any future foreign aide will be at the discretion of the Sovereign Individuals, on an individual basis.

all the Rights and Powers of any other Government and give notice to all Tyrants and Oppressors of

 

Sovereign Individuals, both within and without the borders of These United States, that I am and shall

 

remain a Sovereign Individual, ( a Government of One) and These United States shall be restored to

 

our rightful place in History and the World as the example of what achievements and life are possible

 

within a society of Free and Independent Sovereign Individuals !
