Just earlier this morning I posted a question on the GOP facebook page. "Where is the RNC in NY state?" Not five minutes later Carl Rove came on the news speaking about the vulnerability of Chirstan Gilibrand's seat in the senate. (I'm not big on psychic / supernatural / mind reading stuff, but that was just weird) Mr Rove went on to say that there is a lot of time to choose a candidate, and that the last five weeks are the important ones. It sounded like they would be backing a serious run, and they are going to keep the candidate close to the vest for surprise factor. Less time for the dem machine to spin their web. We can only hope. A conservative Republican senator from New York would be as huge as Scott Brown. This is good news. Upstate NY is ready for the change.
