Hate and Anti-Semitism do not belong on the streets of the USA. Angry Anti-Semites at OWS in New York City- Zucotti Park I'm all for an American having the freedom to march or protest. Check the hatred and ignorance at the door. Yesterday, there was a guy with sign " "Hitler's Bankers"! We are seeing some individuals holding anti-Semitic signs at the "Occupy Wall Street" rallies, and some videos posted on YouTube from the rallies have shown individuals expressing classic anti-Semitic beliefs such as "Jews control the banks" and "Jews control Wall Street." While we believe that these expressions are not representative of the larger views of the OWS movement, it is still critical for organizers, participants and supporters of these rallies to condemn such bigoted statements clearly and forcefully.- A.F. Several anti-Semitic incidents (and Hitler signs) have been reported during "Occupy Wall Street" demonstrations in New York as Jews were blamed for the turmoil in America's financial markets. Remember, OWS mobs have been endorsed by the communist party and the nazi party One person's freedom best not interfere with another person's freedom. As Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas once put it, "My freedom to move my fist must be limited by the proximity of your chin." March all you wish, but try to control or grow some balls and help your kids grow up without with bigotry, prejudice and Anti-Semitism. The following video once again conclusively ties President Obama and House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi to the protesters, urging them to "stand up to the mob". The White House, for its part, is obviously trying to take advantage of the demonstrations against Wall Street. In the clip, a young demonstrator is seen arguing with an older Jewish man wearing a yarmulke. At one point, the young man says, "I work, earn seven dollars an hour. You have the money. You don't speak English? You are from Israel? Go back to Israel." Another African-American protester accuses the Jews of taking over America. "The smallest group in America controls the money, media and all other things. The fingerprints belong to the Jewish bankers. I am against Jews who rob America. They are one percent who control America. President Obama is a Jewish puppet. The entire economy is Jewish. Every federal judge in the East Coast is Jewish." Yesterday, there was a guy with sign " "Hitler's Bankers"! Look at the faces, so proud of their ignorance and anger? Filled with a self righteous feeling of being correct, when in fact, they couldn't be more wrong. Evoking Hitler in street signs as the final insult sums it up. So, one's intelligent response might be to state that there are only a handful of these anti-Semites every day at each of these rallies all over the country and around the globe. So what? If you are at one of these rallies and you see and hear racism, bigotry, prejudice, hate speech, calling for beheadings (I heard them with my own ears), threats against individuals, and anti-Semites, don't be such a coward; speak up and kick their asses or remove them from your group. If a person stands by and does nothing, then that person stood by and did nothing. Shame. Hate and anti-Semitism occupies wall street? Don't make me come down there again and empty the trash! On the American Nazi Party website, leader Rocky Suhayda voiced support for "Occupy Wall St." and asked, "Who hold the wealth and power in this country? The Judeo-Capitalists. Who is therefore the #1 enemy who makes this filth happen? The Judeo-Capitalists." This does not mean all or even most of the OWS protesters are anti-Semitic, but the prominent liberal leaders who have shown sympathy for their cause have failed to speak out, as have the other elements within the group.
