All of Obama's executive orders would be void it's true, but if his presidency were void all the laws passed by congress would stand. The only action a president HAS to take on a bill is a veto. It doesn't have to be signed into law by a president. If after ten days of presenting a bill to a president no action is taken it becomes law. Given that he wasn't president he held no veto power or any power to act at all. All the laws would stand as passed by congress.
